You can browse the public catalogue without an account. Sign in to keep your collection across devices and use member features.

Choose Join Vennjoy, enter your details and choose an available handle. Follow the confirmation email to verify your address.

Your personal starting point: daily suggestions based on your favourites, shortcuts to your collection and upcoming plans with your circles.

Use the Discover search. Suggestions distinguish people and types of discovery. On an artist page, filter the filmography by category or profession when available.

The language menu changes the interface. Titles and descriptions use available translations; a work may keep its original language when no translation exists.

Open Concerts and events or Activities and excursions, then use the destination filters. Dates and times for events refer to the venue’s local time.

No. The booking button opens the external seller. Check the final price, availability and conditions there; the seller handles payment, changes and refunds.

The book language describes the edition; the store is the country of purchase. Check both on Read together and on the book page before opening Apple Books.

Yes. Open My gaming platforms from your account settings. Save the platforms you use to help personalise game recommendations.

Not every catalogue entry has a summary, price, translation or image. Vennjoy updates available data automatically and does not invent missing information.

Tap the heart on a discovery or artist page. Your favourites appear in My collection, where category filters help you find them again.

A favourite says you love something and helps recommendations. Save for later keeps things you want to discover. You can use both on the same title.

Yes. Tap an active heart or saved button again to remove that choice. Removing a favourite also changes the tastes used for future recommendations.

No. Your personal collection and your public profile are separate. Review your profile’s published selection and visibility settings to control what others can see.

Open The feed, write your text and use Attach a discovery to search the catalogue. Check the visibility shown before publishing.

Standard publications, quotes and comments allow 280 characters. Eligible official Vennjoy accounts and accepted affiliates have 1,000. The editor shows your current limit.

Only the account owner and accepted followers can read them. A pending follow request does not grant access. Visibility is checked again when shared content is opened.

A private space for its members to suggest discoveries, discuss and organise plans. Share invitation links only with people you want to invite.

Use the save action on a publication and find it in your saved feed. Saved publications are private; access still depends on the author’s current visibility settings.

Use Report on the relevant publication or discussion. For an account problem or a wider issue, contact Vennjoy under Report abuse and include the page address.

Your unique @name identifies your profile and lets people mention you. Handles contain 3–30 characters, start with a letter and use unaccented letters, digits or underscores. Capitalisation can be displayed, but does not create a separate identity.

Open My collection, Account settings, then Edit profile. Use the email field below your display name and follow the confirmation steps shown.

Use Forgot password on the sign-in page and enter your account email. For security, the response does not reveal whether an account exists. Check your spam folder too.

Check the address in your account and your spam folder. Use Resend email from My collection if needed. Do not share verification links or codes with anyone.

Yes. Review the indexing choice in your public profile settings. A private or unpublished profile is not made public by this option. Search engines may take time to reflect changes.

Use a unique password and enable two-factor authentication in Account settings. Keep recovery codes privately. Vennjoy support will never need your password.

Both options are in My collection, Account settings. Deletion is permanent; read the confirmation carefully. Security records can remain for the retention period described in Privacy.

Keep the page open briefly while available results appear. If the issue persists, contact support with the page address, country filter and approximate time. Do not send private session links.

Use Contact in the footer and choose the closest category. Signed-in accounts have their contact details filled in automatically. Keep the reference shown after submission for follow-up.
