As Canada's #1 NFL team, the Buffalo Bills are proud to share a deep and enduring connection with fans across the country. Every season, Canadians bring incredible passion, energy, and loyalty to Bills Mafia, making Canada home to the team's largest international fan base. This Thanksgiving, in support of Second Harvest, we're celebrating those fans by launching a new tradition: Give Thanks, Go Long. This first-of-its-kind Canadian Thanksgiving celebration will transform one of Toronto's most iconic live music venues, The El Mocambo, into the ultimate Bills Mafia headquarters for a one-night-only game-day experience and the set for the Buffalo Bills official pregame livestream. Please be aware of the following age-related restrictions for this event: 19+. PLEASE READ CAREFULLY. THESE TERMS CONTAIN RELEASE AND ASSUMPTION OF RISK PROVISIONS AFFECTING YOUR LEGAL RIGHTS. These Terms apply to the ticket ("Ticket") for the "GIVE THANKS GO LONG" event at Under the Neon Palms at the El Mocambo, 464 Spadina Ave., Toronto, ON ("Venue") on Oct. 12, 7-11 PM EDT ("Event"). The Ticket is a revocable, one-time-entry license. Each purchaser, bearer, and person entering with a Ticket (each, "Holder") is bound by these Terms upon purchase or use. The Venue, Mosaic Sales Solutions Canada Operating Co., and Bills Canada Holding Company, LLC (together, "Management") may refuse admission to or eject any Holder in their sole discretion without refund. Holder consents to searches of their person and belongings. Entry is restricted to persons nineteen (19) years or older with valid government-issued photo ID. THE SOLE REMEDY FOR ANY REFUSAL, REVOCATION, CANCELLATION, OR BREACH IS A REFUND UP TO THE TICKET PRICE. NO CONSEQUENTIAL, INCIDENTAL, INDIRECT, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES. ALL SALES FINAL. The Event date and time may change without refund. ANY DISPUTE RELATED TO THE TICKET OR EVENT SHALL BE RESOLVED BY MANDATORY, CONFIDENTIAL, BINDING INDIVIDUAL ARBITRATION IN BUFFALO, NY. HOLDER WAIVES ANY RIGHT TO A COURT OR JURY TRIAL AND TO ANY REPRESENTATIVE OR CLASS ARBITRATION PROCEEDING. Entering restricted areas, interfering with the Event, attempting physical contact with any Event participant, or other conduct Management deems dangerous, inappropriate, or in violation of security policies ("Disorderly Behavior") is prohibited. Violators will be removed and may be referred to law enforcement, held liable for resulting damages, costs, or injuries, and banned, up to for life, from future Venue or Management events (including Buffalo Bills and other NFL games). Violators assume all associated risks, including personal injury, death, and property loss or damage. Holder shall not record, transmit, or commercially exploit any account, image, audio, video, or livestream of the Event ("Works"), and grants Management an exclusive, worldwide, irrevocable, perpetual, sublicensable, royalty-free license to all Works. Holder grants Management and its affiliates, sponsors, and licensees irrevocable permission to use, and share with third parties, Holder's image, likeness, voice, and statements in any medium for any purpose without compensation, and waives related claims unless prohibited by law. Event content may be stored and processed in the United States. Holder data is subject to the privacy policies at buffalobills.com/about-us/privacy-policy, elmocambo.com/privacy-policy, and acosta.group/privacy-policy. HOLDER KNOWINGLY AND VOLUNTARILY ASSUMES ALL RISKS incident to the Event, including personal injury, death, illness, communicable disease, and lost, stolen, or damaged property, however caused.
