In deze gloednieuwe editie van 'MasterChef' strijden een aantal amateurkoks tegen elkaar om de felbegeerde titel van 'MasterChef' in de wacht te slepen. Onder toeziend oog van een driekoppige professionele jury geven de koks het beste van zichzelf en proberen ze de lekkerste gerechten op tafel te toveren.
