A história

Baseado numa manga seinen histórica de acção escrita e ilustrada por Yukimura Makoto. Quando era criança, Thorfinn sentava-se aos pés do grande Leif Ericson e ficava fascinado com histórias selvagens de uma terra distante a oeste. Mas as suas fantasias juvenis foram destruídas por um ataque de mercenários. Criado pelos vikings que assassinaram a sua família, Thorfinn tornou-se um guerreiro aterrorizante, em busca de matar o líder do grupo, Askeladd, e vingar o seu pai. Sustentando Thorfinn durante a sua provação estão o seu orgulho pela sua família e os seus sonhos de uma terra fértil a ocidente, uma terra sem guerra ou escravatura... a terra que Leif chamou Vinland.
