“You can only experience that which you resist” is one of the many important lessons he shares with us. He also covers the basic qualities that are important for one to have because they can start the spiritual energy flowing. And the conditions in order to reach an enlightened state are explored.

In this important talk, Dr. Hawkins has put together all that is needed to enable us to live in the world and still advance in consciousness. We don't have to become monks or join an ashram. We can be spiritual and alive right where we are!
