Idris Ackamoor & The Pyramids

Over dit evenement

Oorspronkelijke beschrijving

Formed in 1972, The Pyramids remain one of the last surviving bridges between spiritual jazz’s radical past and its expanding future.

Through Idris Ackamoor’s direction, The Pyramids evolved into a transcontinental ensemble rooted in rhythm, liberation, and collective improvisation.

Their live performances channel the same exploratory spirit that continues to shape contemporary jazz, experimental music, and Afro-diasporic sound culture across generations.

Enjoy a view overlooking the stage from our mezzanine restaurant.
