House of Forgotten Souls

Cemetery Boys meets K-Pop Demon Hunters in this contemporary fantasy about a lost spirit, a reaper, a shaman, and the one girl who can save them all.

LA is full of ghosts. No one knows this better than the mudangs of Taeyang Bathhouse.

Sujin comes from a long line of shamans who guide ghosts to the underworld. But because of her rare ability to see the past lives of any spirit she touches--an unpredictable power that once sent her into a coma--her family forbids her from beginning her training, even though the spirits could be the key to finding her missing father.

Also haunted by the ghosts of her past is Rami. When Rami was hired by Sujin's family to find wayward spirits, no questions asked, she knew better than to ask any in return. It'd be the perfect arrangement if it wasn't for Seon, an annoying reaper who constantly crashes her hunts.

When Daniel, a teen ghost, wanders into the bathhouse and Sujin realizes he isn't truly dead, she steps in to help him. With one touch, she's launched into his memories--including one of her father. And when Rami and Seon discover spirits across the city are disappearing, their investigation may just lead them to the very ghost Sujin is trying to help.

Devastating secrets unravel alongside the mystery, and if the four of them aren't careful, they may risk being lost to the underworld themselves.
