The Good Energy Secrets

Energy is a word that stretches beyond the lines of scientific physics and sails through metaphysical airs. Energy, fundamentally is comprised of the underpinning force that enables all there to be.

This polarity of positive and negative energy is simply a construct to make it easier for us to understand, but misunderstandings can arise if we take this too literary. Energy, in itself is neutral; our perspective and use of it decides the moral or emotional value.
