Where Vennjoy comes from
John Venn gave his name to the overlapping circles that reveal what different sets have in common. Vennjoy adds “joy”. And “venn” also means “friend” in Norwegian. Different tastes can meet without becoming the same.
Suggestions you can understand
Vennjoy compares the genres of your favourites and balances the tastes represented in a circle. Public ratings and popularity help order suggestions. The film and series selection requires a rating of at least 7/10 from at least 100 votes. These are starting points for discovery, not promises that everyone will enjoy the same thing.
