Senandung Cinta Lilis

L’histoire

Résumé en anglais

Lilis is a simple girl with a golden voice, known only to her best friend, Neneng. However, her father, Mang Deden, strongly opposes Lilis entering the world of singing because of her past. So Lilis chooses to help out at the food stall and deliver orders while keeping her dreams hidden. One day, Lilis runs into Leo, a handsome young man who’s been trying out for roles but whose career has never progressed beyond the extra level. That clash marks the beginning of their mutual dislike.

Meanwhile, amidst her busy schedule helping her father, Lilis secretly went to help Neneng sing from behind the stage as a backup singer. But one day, an incident exposed Neneng’s lie, and she blamed Lilis. In the midst of that incident, Lilis and Leo ran into each other again by chance. The two got into another argument, and their relationship became even more complicated.
