Runi, a child born abroad, moves to Malaysia with his parents and settles in a village. Rahman and Salina try to accustom their children Rose and Runi to speak Malay. Now, Salina runs a business selling headscarves and prayer robes. Rahman then enrolls Runi in a Fardhu Ain class at the mosque taught by Ustaz Hafiz. He is in the same class as Solah, Zaki, Ijam and Suraya. Solah and Ijam are quite mischievous and like to tease Runi. They notice that Suraya is always scolded for not completing her schoolwork. In the afternoon, Runi goes to Fardhu Ain class and Ustaz Hafiz teaches them the intention for fasting. One day, Runi, Zaki, Solah and Ijam peek into Suraya's house to find out why Suraya is always late in completing her schoolwork.
