Symphony of the Americas: On the Water
Amaturo Theater at Broward Center · Ft Lauderdale
About this event
Living and working in the yachting capital of the world-America's own Venice-we know the magic of being on the water. Composers throughout history have felt this same inspiration, creating some of the most stirring music we all know and love. From Handel's majestic Water Music to Tchaikovsky's glorious Swan Lake Suite, along with a brand-new, soul-stirring version of the American folksong Shenandoah featuring two guest ballet stars-and so much more-this is a concert with a little something for everyone!
