In June 2026, MICO released his debut album When the lights turn on via Columbia Records. Drawing on the nostalgia of 2000s and 2010s pop-punk while pushing into modern alt-pop and hyperpop, the album explores heartbreak, growing up, life on the road and the strange feeling of returning home to find that everything has changed. This theme also continues in his latest single, "Everything's the Same". The IN:BETWEEN TOUR brings together the music and moments that have defined MICO's journey so far. It is a celebration of everything that has come before and whatever lies ahead, capturing MICO at a moment of transition as he enters the next chapter of his career.
