Die Geschichte

Twilight Sparkle ist das schlaueste Pony in ganz Equestria, aber wenn es nach Prinzessin Celestia geht, ist ihre beste Schülerin viel zu viel damit beschäftigt, ihre Nase in Bücher zu stecken. Also schickt die Prinzessin das junge Einhorn-Pony kurzerhand nach Ponyville, wo Twilight Sparkle Freunde finden soll. Und wirklich, Twilight Sparkle schließt Freundschaft mit Pinkie Pie, Applejack, Fluttershy, Rainbow Dash und Rarity. Jedes der Fohlen hat eine andere, ganz besondere Stärke wie Humor, Treue, Großzügigkeit, Freundlichkeit und Ehrlichkeit. Gemeinsam mit dem Drachen Spike erleben die Ponys fantastische Abenteuer und Twilight Sparkle lernt in Ponyville etwas kennen, das ihr kein Buch der Welt hätte vermitteln können: Die Magie der Freundschaft.
