A história

Ricky Caldwell é irmão do psicopata que matou vestido de Papai Noel em "Natal Sangrento 1". Confinado em um sanatório, já que também é atormentado pelas visões de seus pais sendo mortos por um homem vestido de Papai Noel, Ricky conta a um psiquiatra a história do irmão homicida. Assim, os primeiros 45 minutos desta seqüência não passam de cenas retiradas do filme original. Finalmente, Ricky decide seguir a trilha sangrenta de seu irmão e matar a Madre Superiora do orfanato, onde ambos tiveram uma infância traumática.
