In the show, participants form teams to earn as many points as possible during games and challenges.

Any contestant on the winning team at the end of the month stands a chance of winning €100,000, but there can only be one ultimate winner of this prize; ultimately, they must compete against one another. Participants on the worst-performing team at the end of the month risk being sent home empty-handed. Consequently, two contestants are eliminated each month, but two new faces join the group to replace them.
