Finding ME

What happens when the voices in your head finally go quiet?

For decades, I lived as a stranger to myself with 3-4 different voices fighting for control, each one drowning out the truth. Then entrepreneurship broke me open in ways I never expected. The speed, the pressure, the relentless mirror it held up to my face forced me to confront parts of myself most people never have to face.

This is the story of how I wrote my way back to ME. A recovery manual disguised as a memoir. Adapted from my journal, a continuous stream of pure authentic consciousness captured in real time as I wrote my way through healing. Raw. Unfiltered. Sometimes uncomfortable. It's the story of peeling back the layers until one quiet voice emerged from the rest. My authentic voice, trapped for 30 years, ME.

From the moment that broke me wide open, to the shattering of the walls that protected my mind, to the moment I held my son and finally understood what love feels like. These pages chronicle the complexities of the human mind and the path to mental transformation that changed everything. Through therapy, healers, plant medicine, ancient wisdom, and my own psychological model that emerged along the way, I discovered how to reintegrate the fractured parts of myself into one True Self-ME.

If you're a man drowning in the mental weight of ambition, trapped between who you think you should be and who you really are, this is your map home. These aren't just lessons, they're battle scars turned into guide posts for your own journey.

It's time to end the war in your mind.

The quiet voice has been waiting for you all along.

Come find ME.

I'm waiting for YOU.
