Staying True to Your Process in Workshops Retreats and Life Workbook

Inspired by the transformational work of Dr. Joe Dispenza, this guided workbook is designed to support you before, during, or after any deep personal growth experience—whether you’re attending a live retreat, exploring his online intensives, or integrating insights from his books.

When you’re doing this kind of work—changing your energy, rewiring your brain, opening your heart—it’s easy to feel overwhelmed, compare your process to others, or doubt the pace of your own transformation. This workbook helps you stay anchored in your truth.

Whether you're preparing for an immersive retreat, working through online meditations, or simply reflecting after reading Becoming Supernatural or Breaking the Habit of Being Yourself, this journal invites you to slow down, witness subtle shifts, and honor your own timeline.

Use it to clarify intentions before starting a course. Bring it with you into daily meditations to reflect and reset. Or turn to it post-workshop to integrate expanded states, emotional releases, or hard-to-name breakthroughs.

Highlights include:
– Centering prompts for setting intentions before retreats or online courses
– Reflection pages for daily meditation, heart-brain coherence, and energetic shifts
– Tools to process resistance, self-doubt, or group comparison
– Gentle language that supports both subtle and powerful transformation
– Guidance that respects your pace—no pressure to perform, just space to deepen
