Harriet Walsh of the Peace Force books 1-3

Welcome to the Dismolle Peace Force, the most dysfunctional crime-fighting outfit in the galaxy.

Their budget is stretched so thin the station commander is running a lottery scam to cover costs.

They hire trainees by printing job ads on the back of old fast food flyers.

Their armoury consists of one training pistol and several hundred boxes of old records.

If you love cozy sci-fi, absurd galactic bureaucracy, and oddball team-ups, jump in now!

1. Peace Force: When Harriet Walsh signs up, she doesn't expect to be given her first case with no training, no equipment and absolutely no idea about police work.

Joined by a teenage pickpocket and an opinionated AI patrol car with a passion for the beach, Harriet has to figure out how to run an investigation before the whole operation collapses.

2. Alpha Minor: Harriet's troublesome young trainee has a mind of her own, a talent for ignoring orders and a worrying habit of getting into trouble. Keeping Alice out of danger may be Harriet's toughest assignment yet.

3. Sierra Bravo: A criminal gang takes over part of Dismolle, forcing Harriet to call on a group of retired Peace Force officers. They're outnumbered, outgunned—and some of them are very, very rusty.

Three novels of science-fiction adventure, crime, mystery and comedy featuring Harriet Walsh and the dysfunctional Peace Force team of Dismolle.
