The mob wants the drugs back...and Tony dead. In the back alleys of Manila, his search leads him to three beautiful women, each one hiding a clue to Tony's disappearance, but only one will help him. As a vicious network of thugs closes in, Web battles to unravel the mystery and save his brothers life.
