La historia

Baek Dong-ju trabaja como directora de una funeraria. Tiene una habilidad especial que le permite ver y hablar con los muertos. Los muertos le piden a Dong-ju que les conceda su último deseo y si ésta no lo hace, su día se llena de mala suerte. Por su parte, Kim Jib-sa es un empleado del servicio de recados Recados Regalados propiedad de su tío Vincent. Recados Regalados brinda servicio para casi cualquier cosa que soliciten los clientes, incluso cosas menores como cambiar bombillas. Dong-ju y Jib-sa se ven envueltos en una situación a vida o muerte después de la petición de unos difuntos.
